just because a movie is remade does not mean you have to watch it? if you are afraid your classic will disappear, prove your loyalty and buy the original. i pretty much grew up with robin hood and errol flynn to include all his films. i loved them then. when turner colorized them he made them even more enjoyable to me. i also latched on to charlie chaplin, but enjoy them in black and white more than i think i would colorized.

Subject: should be good

I am quite looking forward to seeing this remake. The old one was very good and Lawrence Olivier was fantastic as Zeus but some of the special effects weren't that good. Hopefully the effects in this will be amazing but not too over the top otherwise it will just look really fake.

I've been saying for years that they need to re-make Clash of the Titans, I loved the movie, and the book, and the actual myths it involves. I'm VERY excited to see this movie.

Subject: WHY?

Why can't Hollywood get a new idea, I am getting tired of all these remakes, most of them sucked!

As adults we can all agree there is nothing better than the classic movies, but in present day most kids have not seen them and probably would not enjoy the originals anyway...Hence that is why Hollywood remakes all the good oldies

Clash of the Titans? When i was a kid (about 8 y.o) my dad took me to a movie with the same title. It's not to good movie, but not worst either. When i first heard about the remake,i am very excited. With a much2 better special effect and good cats (Sam Worthington,Ralph Fiennes) it's got to be a good movie.

really cant wait to see this, the original was amazing but film making in general has got so much better if the film is done right then this film can be up there with likes of lord of the rings gladiator is a classic and sometimes classics dont need to be remade but this could be great!
