Project Nim: Roadside Attractions to distribute Thu January 27, 2011 Return to Film News Roadside Attractions has acquired distribution rights to "Project Nim", the documentary that was directed by James Marsh ("Man on Wire"). The story follows Nim, a chimpanzee who in the 1970s became the focus of a landmark experiment which aimed to show that an ape could learn to communicate with language if raised and nurtured like a human child.
