Neighborhood Watch: Shawn Levy to produce and direct the suburban comedy

Shawn Levy will produce and potentially direct the ensemble comedy Neighborhood Watch for 20th Century Fox.

The film, to be written by Jared Stern, will follow an urbanite's journey as he moves to a suburban community, joins the neighborhood watch and uncovers a large conspiracy.

Levy is currently directing "Night at the Museum II: Escape From the Smithsonian" for Fox and Stern most recently sold his spec script "Self-Guided" to Disney.
