Paper Man: Jeff Daniels and Ryan Reynolds to star Mon September 8, 2008 Return to Film News Jeff Daniels, Ryan Reynolds and Lisa Kudrow have signed on to star in Paper Man, the feature directing debut of Kieran and Michele Mulroney (Justice League), who also wrote the script. The coming-of-middle-age comedy follows eccentric failed author, richard, who struggling to find his muse after his first novel, rents a house in Wellfleet, Cape Cod, while his surgeon wife, Claire, spends the weeks working in Boston. Lonely, depressed, somewhat childish, Richard finds his bearings when he strikes up a friendship with a lonely 17 years old local high school girl, Abby that re-energizes him.
