Bad Teacher: Columbia Pictures buys spec script Wed August 27, 2008 Return to Film News Columbia Pictures has purchased the feature spec script Bad Teacher, from writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky (co-exec producers of "The Office"). The comedy is about a foul-mouthed, gold-digging seventh-grade teacher who’s dumped by her boyfriend and turns her attention toward a colleague.
