Man on a Ledge: Kyra Sedgwick joins the cast
- Kyra Sedgwick has joined the cast of the thriller "Man On A Ledge", that Asger Leth is directing.
- She will play a reporter trying to figure out if the disgraced cop (Sam Worthington) who stands on a ledge atop a high rise threatening to kill himself really means it or has an ulterior motive.
Man on a Ledge: Ed Harris joins the cast
- Ed Harris has joined the cast of "Man On A Ledge", the thriller that Asger Leth ("Ghosts of Cite Soleil") is directing.
- He will play a powerful businessman who is integral to the plot of a disgraced ex-cop who threatens to jump off the ledge of a building, while his brother pulls a heist nearby.
- Titus Welliver has also joined the cast as a touch Bronx detective who is in charge of the crime scene.
Man on a Ledge: Elizabeth Banks to star
- Elizabeth Banks has joined the cast of "Man on a Ledge", and will star opposite Sam Worthington.
The thriller centers on a female psychologist and a former NYPD officer who threatens to jump to his death. She has a past relationship with the ex-cop, who was framed for a crime he didn't commit.
- Filming is scheduled to start in New York in November.
Man on a Ledge: Bell and Mackie in talks to co-star
- Jamie Bell ("Defiance") is in final talks to co-star in "Man on a Ledge", which will star Sam Worthington.
- Anthony Mackie ("The Hurt Locker) is also in talks to star.
Filming is currently scheduled to star at the end of the year.

Man on a Ledge: Asger Leth in talks to direct
- Asger Leth ("Ghosts of Cite Soleil") is in negotiations to direct the crime thriller "Man on a Ledge" for Summit Entertainment.
Sam Worthington is attached to star as an ex-cop turned con who threatens to jump to his death from a Manhattan hotel rooftop. The NYPD dispatch a female police psychologist to talk him down.
Pablo Fenjves has written the screenplay.
