Sadly, the last time I saw a movie in a theater that did not ilvvnoe the Pixar company was a little film called Saving Private Ryan It was the madhubby and my first date!I agree with the icky theater experience, as well as how obscenely expensive it is to go to the show. By the time you've bought tix for 4, plus snacks and whatnot, you're in for a pile. And if the movie's a crapfest We don't even watch them much at home, because somehow the cable that runs from the DVD player to the telly went AWOL in the move and I've not replaced it. It's been 3 years, people!! The DVD in the bedroom works, and the kids can watch DVD's in the big kid's room on his telly. Unfortunately neither of these options is good for movie night because getting into bed to watch a movie is a sure recipe for sleepytime for me.Gnome-NY as the Big Easy? The Yanqui's down to the Sox 6-0 thus far this year?? FTFY!! Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch!
