Chris Farley would have been the perfect Curley. God Rest his Soul. But I'm glad Sean Penn dropped out cuz hes dumb and not funny. Del Toro, now thats going to be a weird role for him.

Inside information says that the third stooge is to be Shaun Penn. I would think that he should play Larry. Curley will be played by Jim Carey and Moe will be played by Del Toro. The movie will take place in present time and like you I am expecting a laugh out loud performance from all. I am a huge stooge fan and I do not want to be disappointed.

Jenny McCarthy was on the Ellen talk show a while back and she talked about her boyfriend, Jim Carrie and how he was gaining weight and really, I mean really getting into the role of not just playing Curley, but trying to become Curley. As any stooge fan can tell you, over the years there have been dozens upon dozens of Curley wanna be's but none can replace the one or a kind character that he was. I always felt that Curley was not doing much acting, just being Curley. I love him and as a fan I hope Mr. Carrie can pull it off. I feel that if anyone can, he can. Looking forward to a great movie.
