About the film:
The film is based on the true story of Howard Marks, an Oxford grad who became a major marijuana importer in the 1960s in the U.K. and managed to escape jail time by posing as an agent for MI5 and become a campaigner for the legalisation of cannabis, a cause which has seen him standing for election to Parliament.

Mr Nice the book is such a fab book so hopefully the film will do it justice. Howard Marks is such an intelligent, charismatic, witty and charming man and Rhys Ifans is perfect to play him (especially considering they are such good mates!) Can't wait to see this film!
