i am lookin 4 ward 2 seein the film but it wont be as better than the 1st 1 thay made but it does look really good

This will be really crap without Robert Englund. The effects might be a little better but won't have the same feeling as the original. As with every horror remake, more blood, guts and gore and less frights and scares

i am looking foward to the new nightmare on elm street movie i have been a big fan of freddy kruggur sience i first watched it when i was 12 i do aggree that it wont be the same without robert england but we will see how it goes plus the hills have eyes remaske was shit

in my opion i dont think that anyone could replaceor be as good as Robert Englund

robert englund is not going to play as freddy. i hope this film do good i was a freddy fan ever since i was a kid back in the 80's. "cant wait to see the NEW nightmare on elm street im looking forward to see it.

Wes Craven did an awesome job on the original but I have to admit that I am interested in seeing the remake. Too bad Rob Zombie wasn't directing this remake as well

No Robert Englund??........That's a Cardinal SIN!!! There could only be one Fred Kruger...But I suppose we have to give Jackie a chance. Most of us felt the same way about Kane Hodder playing Jason Voorhees, but Ken Kirzinger did a FANTASTIC job (Freddy vs. Jason - 2003)!

I have high hopes for this one....It is very rare for any remake to surpass the original. There are, in my opinion, however, three exceptions:

1.) The Hills Have Eyes (Original done in 1977, Remade in 2006)
2.) Halloween (Original done in 1978, Remade in 2007)
3.) Friday The 13th (Original done in 1980, Remade in 2009)

If none of you have had the pleasure...I HIGHLY recommend you check 'em out! They are all awesome!
