| About the film:
Based on the book by Toby Young in which he detailed his disastrous stint as a contributing editor for Vanity Fair in New York. Young is merciless about his own hapless attempts to ingratiate himself with celebrities and impress supermodels. But he is equally scathing about the ego and grandeur of his boss, editor-in-chief Graydon Carter Carter, and the self-importance of the entire Vanity Fair machine. Although all names have apparently been changed it's pretty self evident that it's going to be Vanity Fair that will be getting ripped to pieces. |
