In this second episode, the short film captures the dream of the elusive character, Flash Mc Cool, and brings it to life. Flash Mc Cool literally shows the ropes of Hobo Clown detective work to rookie Hobo Clown, Dr. Trash. After antics in a Hobo Clown boot camp, the off-centered pair set out to investigate the Snakehead Fish menace in a surrealistic fashion culminating with a surprise ending. |
